The results of the evaluation of the quality of grain 338 samples of soft winter wheat from six countries in different climatic conditions years. Various modifications of the sedimentation test for the detection of genetic sources of high quality winter wheat in the early stages of the selection process. Accessions identified valuable for breeding of winter wheat grain quality in the Middle Volga.
