Beach handball facilities used to prepare students for passing "Ready for Labor and Defense" program standards

The paper deals with the All-Russian Ready for Labor and Defense program revived by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation in 2014. The research notes that students are mainly the power of the Russian society. The percentage of students who are regularly involved in sports will reach 80% up to 2020. The nationwide poll demonstrates that 52% of students are in favor of the Ready for Labor and Defense program. Regular involvement in sports games, in particular beach handball, is the modern physical training for students. This game is based on such natural movements as walking, running, jumping, and throwing. Beach handball as a part of physical education, the interests of students, and whether during lessons will allow students to pass the standards of the program under review successfully. Test results evaluate the harmonious development of physical qualities and motor skills in accordance with gender and age of a person, reveal the level of knowledge and skills of a testee.
