The use of artificial intelligence technologies in the professional training of teachers

The article examines the pedagogical foundations of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the system of professional training of teachers in the context of digital transformation of education. The necessity of building an activity-oriented learning model in the professional training of teachers is substantiated. It is noted that the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into pedagogical training contributes to the implementation of the principles of adaptive and individualized learning, improving the effectiveness of the analysis of pedagogical situations, and developing critical and reflective thinking. It is shown that the use of artificial intelligence technologies makes it possible to identify hidden pedagogical patterns and objectify the process of professional reflection. Special attention is paid to practical examples of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process: adaptive simulators, analysis of pedagogical cases that are used in the course “Pedagogy” in the process of professional training of teachers at the Mordovian State Pedagogical University named after M. E. Evseviev. It is concluded that artificial intelligence technologies are becoming not only a tool, but also a factorin updating the content and methods of teacher education, contributing to the development of professional training of teachers.
