Testing of the vaccine against parainfluenza -3 and bovine infectious rhinotracheitis inactivated liposomal in production conditions

The testing of the vaccine against parainfluenza - 3 and bovine infectious rhinotracheitis inactivated liposomal in comparison with associated vaccine against parainfluenza - 3 and bovine rhinotracheitis inactivated emulsive in production conditions was conducted in order to determine their antigenic action. The research results gives complete basis to suggest that, administration of the vaccine using in the capacity of adjuvants, liposomal structures promotes the increase of antibody titers and can be recommended for prophylaxis of viral respiratory-intestinal infections in cattle.
