Investigation of additive and subordinative development mechanisms of intra-group relations in a professional institution

The aim of the paper is to examine the socio-dynamic processes occurring in professional organizations. The objectives of this work are: to analyze the additive and subordinative mechanisms of the development of intra-group relations, to apply the presented mechanisms in the management of intra-group relations in a professional institution. All-scientific theoretical (comparative analysis, systematization, generalization) and psychological (psychological diagnostics, expert polling) methods served as the main research methods. The psychodiagnostic methodologies used were the J. Moreno “Sociometry”. J. Moreno, R. Cattell Personality Multifactorial Questionnaire (Q2 scale “Conformism - non-conformism”) were used. As a result, the variants of social dynamism of intra-group relations of professional institutions in groups with crisis and crisis-free relations were found to complement one another. This determines the possibility of a constant mutual transition of crisis and crisis-free relations from one state to another over time.
