Investigation of the effectiveness of state financial and credit support for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Russian Federation

The article studies the effectiveness of federal programs of financial, guarantee and credit support for small and medium-sized businesses. The main shortcomings of the existing system have been identified and recommendations have been developed to optimize financial support for small and medium-sized businesses.
