Study of the efficiency of managing the introduction of electronic portfolio at higher school

The article is aimed at solving the problem of insufficient development of organization and management aspects of introducing the electronic portfolio at higher school. The concepts «electronic portfolio» and «organization methodological support of introduction» are specified from the perspective of education management. Electronic portfolio is presented as an element of information educational environment of the institution and its introduction is an object management of an innovative subsystem of the educational organization. It is understood that exposing and estimating the sufficiency of organization and methodological support is possible with the help of the developed diagnostic tools. Methods of pedagogical projecting and peer review were used. The conducted study allowed us to find out the hierarchy of the distributed authorities and responsibility for the available organization and metho- dological support according to the management levels of introducing the electronic portfolio
