The study of sub-subject competencies of future teachers in competence center

The issues of scientific correlation of the definitions “sub-subject competencies”, “sub-professional competencies”, etc. are analyzed. There is given the correlation of the content of the sub-professional competencies and the competencies of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education - the bachelor’s degree programs 44.03.01 “Pedagogical Education”. The algorithm and tools of discovering the development of the sub-subject competencies of the students of the pedagogical university and the results of analyzing the development of the competencies of client-oriented approach, partnership, emotional intelligence and communicativeness are presented. There are described the ways of overcoming the deficiencies of the development of sub-subject competencies of students in the educational process of pedagogical university.
