Research of adaptability of young specialists at an industrial enterprise under conversion

The article touches upon the questions of attraction and adaptation of young specialists at the enterprise, which is under conversion (JSC «Orbita», Saransk). Conclusions and recommendations are made basing the date obtained by means of the survey.
