The examination of ways of cooperation between the People’s Republic of China and Kyrgyzstan in the sphere of higher education

The article is based on the ideas of the higher education model Glonacal Agency Heuristic (global-national-local heuristic agency). There is considered the main topic “The strategy for promoting deepening cooperation between the People’s Republic of China and the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of higher education”, based on two more controlled points of view of “national (agency) and local (agency)”. The authors conduct a visual analysis, carried out with the use of a fishbone diagram of a countermeasure type.
