Study on the Heilongjiang free trade zone development and presentation of innovative measures for its promotion

The Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone was officially established on 2 August 2019. In line with the requirements and positioning outlined in the General Program of China's Pilot Free Trade Zone (Heilongjiang) of the State Council of the People's Republic of China FTZ is focused on system innovation, establishing a central hub for regional cooperation towards Russia and Northeast Asia, and promoting the comprehensive and inclusive revitalization of Northeast China. The article examines the performance of the FTZ and the challenges in the development of the Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone.
