The study of the Russian synonymous verbs from the perspective of the cognitive and discursive approach (based on the educational verbs)

The article deals with the study of the verbs of the synonymous row with the dominant “to educate” in the context of the cognitive and discursive approach. There are established the borders of the synonymous group, there are revealed the integral and differential characteristics of the verbs, there are found out the elements of the cognitive constructions verbalized by the lexical units. The author substantiates the practicability of considering the cognitive and discursive factors while differentiating the synonyms and modelling the cognitive structures.
