The research of the demand for canned sweetened condensed milk and lactiferous products in the Vologda market

Nowadays the producers' aim is to expand the range of food products having perfectly balanced nutrient value and at the same time accessible for consumers. The sweetened condensed vitaminized lactiferous product meets all these requirements. To find out if it will be in demand, a questionnaire has been developed and offered to respondents, the net cost calculation and the break-even point analysis being made. In the course of the inquiry the respondents' preferences have been revealed. The obtained results allowed us to come to the conclusion that a lactiferous product enriched with natural vitamins, having a viscous body, taste and flavour according to the additives would be in demand. The price shouldn't be more than 41…50 roubles. The break-even point is 217.4 t, the net cost of one 400g can packed in doi-pack is 34 roubles 40 kopecks
