From the experience of the regional center for forecasting and promoting the employment of Vladimir State University graduates: problems and prospects of professional identity of young teachers

The article presents the experience of the Regional Centre for Forecasting and Promotion of Employment of Vladimir State University Graduates. We have analyzed the problems and prospects of their professional self-determination, identified the key priorities of the centre's work based on the scientific and terminological substantiation of the meaning and significance of the concept "professional identity" and its place in the professional training of future teachers. The article also determines the components of professional identity, its essence as an indicator of mastering the competencies necessary for students in the future teaching carrier, which made it possible to identify the specifics of the centre’s work in 2020/2021 academic year and share innovative approaches to career guidance in the context of digitalization of education. This is expressed in the creation of career tracks used for motivation of future graduates to employment in the relevant field of study.
