The aim of the study: to analyze changes in enzyme activity with age and on the background the combined use of ergotropic drugs in lambs after weaning from their mothers. For this purpose, two groups of crossbred lambs (Romanovskaya×Edilbaevskaya×Katumskaya breeds) were formed; both groups of animals were administered uberin for 4 days at 2 ml and repeated every two weeks after the last administration. Additionally, the animals of the 1st experimental group were given tetravit once every three weeks at a dose of 1 ml, the 2nd experimental group was additionally given eleovit at a dose of 1 ml once every three weeks. The cycles of ergotropic drugs were repeated four times with subsequent laboratory testing of blood serum for enzyme content using an automatic biochemical analyzer Super Z. As a result, it was found that the lambs fed with milk have high lipolytic activity - the lipase concentration was 22.56-25.75 unit/l and low amylolytic activity, the concentration of α-amylase was 12.61-22.22 unit/l. When transferring lambs to a definitive diet, the lipase content decreased, α-amylase - increased. During the adaptation period to the definitive diet, the lambs of the experimental groups showed an increase in the activity of AST, ALT, GGT. The alkaline phosphatase activity in the experimental lambs did not exceed 478.00 unit/l throughout the experiment. At the final stage, the activity of AST, ALT, GGT, and alkaline phosphatase was lower in the experimental groups compared to the control group. In the experimental groups, the activity of α-amylase was higher than in the control group by 53.80-63.20%. Therefore, the use of ergotropic drug compositions in lambs stimulates metabolism, resistance, endurance, growth, and development of young animals, and prevents enzymo- and hepatopathy.
