The article is devoted to changes in company management in conditions of economic uncertainty and technological change. A study of factors influencing the evolution of management was conducted. The directions of changes in the management of modern companies under the influence of technological changes have been identified. It has been established that organizational structures and relationships between companies are developing towards adaptability and flexibility. A trend of changes in the approaches of the corporate center to company management has been identified.
