Main directions of development of the external business environment and management of modern companies

The article is devoted to changes in the management of companies in the context of dynamic multidirectional development of the external environment. A study of the characteristics of the development of the modern external environment was carried out. It has been revealed that changes in the management of modern companies are intended to find answers to numerous volatile changes in the global business environment. It has been established that the dynamic development of the external environment forces the company's management to change towards flexibility and adaptability, constantly introduce innovations, and use soft forms of organizational structures.
