This article presents a study on the action of preparations which consist of lanthanide and calcium etidronates on the healing of a perforative hole made in the tibia of experimental animals. The tested drug contains active ingredients: etidronic acid monohydrate, calcium chloride dihydrate and excipients: gadolinium and dysprosium whose impact was assessed in experiments on laboratory animals by injecting them into a bone defect. Bone injury and preparation administrationcontaining lanthanides and calcium ions at the indicated dose don’t induce neither changes in morphological and biochemical blood parameters, or reaction in the lymphatic nodes.
