The study of antigenic structure of bovine leukemia virus

Бесплатный доступ

In this article, the method of obtaining bovine leukemia virus antigen from the blood of cows infected with leucosis and the research results to explore its quality have been outlined. The developed method allows extraction and the use of these proteins as an antigen in immunochemical reactions for diagnosing bovine leucosis. The obtained antigen is complex, containing different protein fractions of bovine leukemia virus with molecular mass of 14 to 160 kJ. The specificity of extracted antigen corresponds to that of antigen gp51 used in the commercial kits for ELISA, and its sensitivity predominates that of the commercial kits antigen gp51.
