Elective course for high school seniors " Geoecology of caves of Karachay-Cherkessia"

The article describes the content of an elective course for high school students on the study of caves in Karachay-Cherkessia. Orohydrography and the development of karst processes in the territory of the KCR are presented in detail. It is proposed to expand the object base of ecological tourism at the expense of karst caves of mountain landscapes, which will contribute to the preservation of valuable objects of our republic and the rational use of underground space.
