The study of the professional competence of teachers of preschool educational organizations in the field of patriotic education of preschoolers

The article deals with the problem of competence of the teachers of a preschool educational organization in the field of patriotic education of preschoolers. Its relevance in the modern world, the role of a teacher of a preschool educational organization in the patriotic education of preschoolers is emphasized. The significance of the problem is shown in the main normative documents of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, «Strategies for thedevelopment of the system of patriotic education in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025», the Federal State Educational Standard of Preschool Education. The components and criteria of the level of professional competence of preschool teachers in the field of patriotic education of preschoolers are revealed: motivational, theoretical and practical readiness. The data of the study of the professional competence of preschool teachers in the field of patriotic education are presented, which was conducted on the basis of the MDOU «Kindergarten № 2 of general development type» in Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region in 2022, are presented.
