Studying of Russian in Mongolia: time call

Authors discuss a problem of search of effective forms of international cooperation in the field of education. Experience of strengthening of the Russian-Mongolian relations in the context of studying of Russian in Mongolia is analyzed. Affirms that in the changed socio-political conditions effective studying of Russian by the Mongolian students perhaps in the course of self-education in the conditions of the electronic information and education environment as means of informalny education.
