Linguistic picture as the mirror of the Russian world in the context of the new world architecture

The concept “linguistic picture” is derived from the narrow-focused philological comprehension and considered as the reflection of the national way of the realization of the phenomena of the spiritual life. There is actualized the state-forming role of the Russian language in the context of the new world architecture. The author defines the original values for the Russian people, reflected in the Russian language, and their correlation with the traditional basis of the native pedagogy. There is emphasized that the Russian language today is one of the significant components of the Russian national idea.
