The article explores the role and the communicative component of causality in the linguistic picture of the world as well as linguistic possibilities of the realization of cause-and-effect relations in dialogues in a foreign language. For the intensification of the educational process, a paradigm of causal dialogical unities is presented on the material taken from English and German languages.
