Effective management and increase of labor productivity

The article discusses the problems of increasing the economic effect when implementing measures to improve the organization of labor at domestic enterprises. Attention is paid to the issues of formation of industrial culture, psychology of company owners, management and employees. The analysis of mechanisms for the implementation of measures, including systemic measures at the state level, targeted support, the development of training and retraining systems, the replacement of obsolete unproductive jobs, monitoring changes after the implementation of recommended measures.
