Efficiency and productivity of application of innovative technologies in public administration: domestic and foreign experience

The article describes the essence of the efficiency and the effectiveness in the implementation of public administration. A number of innovative technologies that improve the level of the efficiency of functioning of the state apparatus in partnership with the private business and the research sphere is determined. There is a brief review of the domestic experience of innovation in the system of the state power implementation with the definition of the future development of the power machinery in Russia. The specifics of the optimal variant of the innovative public administration with the definition of its constituent elements is displayed. In the structure of the public innovation management two levels of professional activities for the implementation and the development of planned reforms are mentioned.
