Effectiveness of flexibility development in midsecondary school age children (12-14 years old) at pe lessons

The aim of the work is the definition of hatha-yoga exercises effectiveness for flexibility development and quality of physical exercises performance of mid-secondary school age children. 100 boys and girls of 6th and 7th forms (12-14 years old) took part in the investigation. Hatha-yoga dynamic exercises (vinyasy) were included into experimental of 6th and 7th forms PE lessons of 6th and 7th forms pupils. while in control PE lessons pupils studied the basic school PE programme. Hatha-yoga exercises and joint gymnastics were done during warming -up at PE lessons (sport games, track-and-field and combat fighting).
