The relevance of studying the interaction of teachers and students is also justified by the importance of identifying how the nature of the relationship of teachers can determine the psychological well-being of schoolchildren. The aim of the study is to identify the environmental friendliness of teachers' communicative behavior as a condition responsible for their respect for the learner's personality. A total of 72 teachers and 402 students in grades 7-11 of a Moscow comprehensive school took part in the study. Teachers were offered methods aimed at assessing communicative traits, while students were offered methods aimed at identifying the level of self-confidence and satisfaction with teachers' attitudes.
