Economic basis for determining efficiency of municipal development programmes

Problems arising in the course of determining efficiency of municipal development programmes are considered. Offers aimed at modernisation of determining efficiency of municipal development programmes on the basis of investment analysis are formulated and substantiated. The essence of municipal development programmes as investment projects of special kind is highlighted.
