The article delves into the study of the peculiarities of economic attitudes of a personality. The definitions of the concept of economic attitude are given, the current state of domestic and foreign research on this topic is considered. The empirical part presents the results of a study of economic attitudes as predictors of psychological well-being of an individual. The sample consists of 204 respondents aged 23 to 35 years. The following methods were used in the study: K. Riff’s “Scale of psychological well-being” adapted by T.D. Shevelenkova, T.P. Fesenko and the “Large-scale multifactorial questionnaire of economic attitudes” by O.S. Deinek, E.V. Zabelina. The results were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The study showed that economic attitudes are a significant predictor of both the integral psychological well-being of a person and his particular parameters. The most significant in determining the psychological well-being of a person are economic attitudes – the absence of a priority of earnings over vocation in the mind and the satisfaction of the individual with the possibilities of consumption.
