The article examines the extralinguistic features of business writing in the typology of texts. The type of text is understood as the form of the text in which the communicative intention of the speaker is realized, which is built according to certain rules and norms. Each text, along with grammatical, lexical, phonetic and other features of its structure, also has text characteristics specific to this type of speech works.
