The maintenance of course contents of Biotechnology specialty at all stages of learning is analyzed. The expediency and experimental possibility of training in theoretical and practical methods of theoretical and applied electrochemistry are shown. The possibilities of improving the biotechnological process to enhance its universality, precision and reproducibility without the use of potentially dangerous chemical reagents both in theoretical studies and in the organization of analytical control in production process of food products manufacturing are shown. It is proved that using of the electrochemical approach is possible to significant intensification of production processes and improvement of organoleptic properties and other quality indicators of products. It is necessary to promote centrally introduction of the offered technological improvements by analogy with stimulation of environmental protection measures.
