Bond issue as a form of mobilization of financial resources at enterprises of the fishing industry complex of Kamchatka region

Fishing enterprises are experiencing a constant shortage of investment resources due to the needs of fleet renewal, annual capital and ongoing repairs of existing vessels. The article discusses the conditions for issuing own bonds to mobilize investment resources and finance current needs. The indicators of the dynamics of financial indicators of potential bond issuers are considered. A study of the investment opportunities of the population of Kamchatka region has been conducted. The conditions for issuing corporate bonds are modeled.
