Emotional burnout and coping strategies of teachers during distance learning

The study was conducted during the period of distance learning introduced in the general education system during the first wave of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and is devoted to the study of the severity of emotional burnout and coping strategies of teachers with different professional experience. As a result of the study, it was found that the empirical structures of the studied properties have both their own specifics and similarities. In all samples, regardless of the teacher's work experience, burnout symptoms such as reduction of personal achievements and emotional exhaustion, as well as a coping strategy of taking responsibility, are manifested.
