Emotive ecology as an interdisciplinary direction of the modern linguistics in the works of V.I. Shakhovsky and its prospects

The article deals with the study of the methodological basis and conceptual device of the emotive ecology as the modern direction of the linguistics on the basis of the ideas’ content, having been expressed by V.I. Shakhovsky and formed this direction. There are presented the fundamental theoretical states allowing to discuss the interdisciplinarity of the direction.
