The empirical study of demonstration of empathic cooperation between lecturer and student

The research is conducted in the context of studying the phenomenon of pedagogical reality. It is demonstrated that empathic cooperation between lecturer and students defines the educational behaviour of students and has a positive influence on the creation of productive learning atmosphere. The efficiency of observation method in the process of studying the emotional and cognitive empathy of lecturer is substantiated. There are given the results of observing the expressions of empathic cooperation between lecturer and students. The display of positive empathy of the lecturer, untruthful and its absence is described. It is concluded about the necessity of use of other qualitative methods of study for the confirmation of the acquired data. It is concluded about the necessity of use of other quantitative methods of study for data acknowledgement.
