The epidemiology of inherited diseases in Republic of Khakasia

The results of medical-genetic investigation population Khakasia Republic are represented in this article. The number of investigative population was 542.7 thousands people, including 60.2 thousands Khakass. The variety of Mendelian pathology with different types of hereditary was studied. The 50 nosological forms of autosomal dominant diseases were revealed. Autosomal recessive pathology includes 33 nosological forms. X-linked diseases are represented 9 nosological forms.
