This article is devoted to actual issues of the formation of relevant competencies for bachelors of the hotel business in the context of modern economic conditions. The experience economy, which is replacing the service economy in the 21st century, requires completely different professional qualities from hospitality industry employees, the most important of which is aesthetic intelligence, that is, the ability to influence all five senses of consumers, creating products and services for this, which are pleasant to buy and use.
