Ethnocultural approach to inclusive education in the context of internationalization and globalization

The article deals with the analysis of the essence of the ethnocultural approach to the development of the inclusive education in the context of the strengthening globalization processes. There is conducted the comparative characteristics of the concepts “the internalization of education” and “the globalization of education”. There is described the conceptual component of the model of the development of the inclusive education considering the ethnocultural specific features of Russia and Kyrgyzstan, there are analyzed the results of the pedagogical experiment aimed at the testing the model in the educational institutions of the higher education in Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
