Since 2010, together with the publishing house "PRAVO" from Novi Sad, the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary of the University Business Academy in Novi Sad has been publishing the scientific journal "Pravo - teorija i praksa". The journal has already been published for thirty-seven years. During the period from 2011 to 2018, the journal was categorized as the M53 category of academic journals by the Ministry of Education and Science. In 2019, the journal was categorized as a prominent national journal (category M52). In 2020, the journal is recognized as a top journal of national importance (category M51) for the scientific field of Law and Political Science. In 2023, the journal is recognized as a national journal of international significance (Category: M24). By nurturing the exchange of opinions and ideas, the journal aims at promoting positive solutions in the normative, judicial and administrative practice. The journal deals with issues from all areas of law. Its sections are continually enriched by new content: current issues, views and opinions, original articles, new regulations, extracts from foreign law, comments on new regulations, comment on the existing court practice, overviews of monographs from seminars and conferences and conference proceedings. A large number of authors, research associates and renowned experts from all areas of law participate in the creation of the academic journal "Pravo - teorija i praksa". Thanks to its highly relevant and quality content, the journal has gained an envious reputation both in our country and abroad and has become a useful and reliable reference book for everyday legal practice. The academic journal "Pravo - teorija i praksa" is intended for all jurists and judicial bodies, institutions, businesses, private companies and entrepreneurs, as well as all legal entities who wish to stay informed and get introduced to new regulations, as well as court and legal practice. The journal is supposed to promote lawful, efficient and successful procedures in everyday legal practice. Esta Revista, dirigida a la comunidad académica y profesional, tiene por misión promover ciencia abierta, especialmente entre aquellos investigadores de países en vías de desarrollo que no cuenten con presupuesto para abonar cargos de procesamiento. Incluye artículos y documentos en español e inglés, sobre una amplia gama de temas y enfoques. Por su relevancia se destacan, aunque sin limitarse a, los artículos acerca de historia de las ideas y las religiones, de filosofía y espiritualidad, antropología, psicología y sociología. La Revista incluye tanto artículos teóricos y de reflexión como producto de investigaciones empíricas, atravesados por (o cuestionando) la idea del sujeto -y su género- como una construcción de la cultura, independiente de la deidad e iguales entre sí. Esta Revista Científica Arbitrada provee acceso libre, gratuito e inmediato a su contenido (sin necesidad de que el lector se registre) bajo el principio de que hacer disponible la investigación al público fomenta un mayor intercambio del conocimiento global y por lo tanto un mayor desarrollo del hombre. Esta revista tampoco cobra ningún tipo de arancel a los investigadores que deseen publicar sus trabajos. No tiene cargos para los autores por el envío ni por el procesamiento del artículo bajo el mismo principio del párrafo anterior. Para que su artículo sea incluido en la publicación, es necesario que los trabajos se encuentren libres de compromisos editoriales con cualquier otra revista u órgano editorial. Cada contribución será sometida primero a una evaluación de relevancia temática por el Comité Editorial y luego a una evaluación tipo doble ciego con evaluadores internos y externos. Los envíos deberán hacerse llegar por correo electrónico a la Revista Científica Arbitrada de la FMC. Esta revista se indexa automáticamente en CrossRef, OpenAire, Google Sholar, Latindex, Redib, Caicyt, ERIHPLUS y los principales Index y Bibliotecas. Utiliza además el sistema LOCKSS(Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) para crear un archivo seguro y permanente de la revista.

Social informatics journal prati globalni proces informatizacije društva i njegov uticaj na društvenu strukturu i društvene promene, kao i ulogu i položaj pojedinca u informatičkom društvu. Koordinacija razvoja društva i njegove globalne informatizacije je danas posebno važna tema jer od nje direktno zavisi prevazilaženja krize moderne civilizacije i njenog prelaska na put održivog i zdravog razvoja zasnovanog na ovladavanju i upravljanju informacijama i širokoj upotrebi novih znanja i tehnologija u svim sferama života. Osnovni ciljevi pokretanja Social informatics journal su identifikacija i analiza novih mogućnosti za razvoj čoveka i društva u novoj informacionoj realnosti, kao i novih pretnji i rizika za njihov život, koje već postoje ili mogu nastati u budućnost. Momčilo Bajac, urednik The Social Informatics journal focuses on the global process of informatization of society and its impact on social structure and changes, as well as the role and position of individuals in the information society. Sport, Media and Business is a journal categorized by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia. Since 2023, the journal has been published biennially by the Faculty of Sport of the University “Union – Nikola Tesla” in Belgrade. The journal publishes scientific and professional articles. The journal publishes papers in two languages, Serbian (the Cyrillic alphabet only) and English. The Editorial Board reserves the right to proofread and edit all the papers in accordance with the current standards of the Serbian and English language. All submitted papers must contain research content that has not been published before in English or any other language. Also, they must not be in the selection process of any other journal and their publication must be approved by all the authors. Papers in extenso that have previously been partially presented at a scientific/professional meeting can also be accepted; authors are obliged to indicate that accordingly. The publisher reserves the right to check the originality of the submitted paper using specialized plagiarism detection software.
