A legal interest in the development of legal consciousness of personality

The Reproduction of the legal interests of subjects of domestic law is seen as contradictory dialectical process, caused by a variety of synthesis of objective conditions and subjective factors. Legal interests of one or another entity, including the state, civil society institutions, various physical, legal persons determined by the will of these actors and their economic, political, social, cultural and other interests, including the already established legal interests. In the dialectical development of the motives of law enforcement behavior of various actors play a significant role legal interests.
