The article accompanies the publication of three unpublished letters to Olga Novikova, which date back to the time of her collaboration with the magazine “Russian Review”. The author of the letters is the editor of this magazine, philologist, poet and publicist Anatoly Aleksandrov (1861–1930), one of the closest disciples of the philosopher K. N. Leontiev. The letters provide a reason to recall Novikova’s first articles in the “Russian Review” (in which she appears in her traditional role as an intermediary between Russia and England) and provide unknown details about the preparation of one of them.

O. A. Novikova, A. A. Aleksandrov, L. A. Tikhomirov, K. N. Leontiev, magazine “Russian Review”, unpublished letters, archival sources, articles by O. Novikova
