About peculiarities of formation of «Professional competence» concept

In the present work the basic approaches of domestic and foreign authors to concept professional competence are reflected, influence of personal qualities and abilities of the individual on formation of competence is shown and taking into account the above-stated generalizing definition of a category professional competence is made.
