On the problem of impersonal communication in a distance learning format for students of higher education

The paper indicates that distance learning, introduced into the practice of Russian educational system and implemented mainly through the use of information and telecommunications technologies, is an indirect and not completely mediated interaction between teachers and students. The paper presents the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning in higher education, as well as the features of its organization, provides information and telecommunications resources that can be effectively used in distance learning for students. The work presents the analysis of the teacher's communication with students depersonalized by information technologies, the difficulties encountered by students remotely, the lack of feedback and its consequences in the educational process. Special attention is paid to the methods that enhance feedback in the online educational process, reduce the feeling of isolation among students, and increase the motivation of learning by organizing situations of interaction and cooperation online.
