On the development of personal creative potential through sanogenic reflection

The development of creativity has been among the top priorities of modern education for many years. This is due to the fact that today society confronts us with tasks that require a non-standard approach. The author uses a pioneering approach and regards sanogenic reflection as a factor in the improvement of personal creative potential. The paper provides a theoretical overview of the relationship between the concepts of creativity and sanogenic reflection. The study describes the factors that block the creative process as a manifestation of pathogenic thinking and shows the possibilities of sanogenic thinking and sanogenic reflection for fulfilling the person’s creative potential. The relationship between the concepts of creativity and sanogenic reflection provides an opportunity to create new methods for achie-ving creative potential and reaching a new level of creative self-fulfillment in various spheres of life.
