The problem of convergence of noble and peasant cultures. In addition to the exploitation of serfs tough talent to separate representatives of aristocratic culture was characterized manifestation of virtue in relation to particularly gifted serf. Author concrete examples prove that the rapprochement of cultures expressed in the manifestation of the representatives of the virtues of aristocratic culture to the land of intellectuals - members of a peasant culture. Virtue nobility personified not only the positive and indifferent attitude, but also to provide assistance in the liberation from serfdom. In conclusion, the author concludes that the emergence of prominent representatives of intelligentsia, such as the land, the sculptor Orlovsky, architect Voronikhin, the poet Shevchenko and many other craftsmen would have been impossible without the support of the noble elite, which helped them to climb to the heights of professional excellence.
