Towards the key to social development of pre-school children in short-day groups

The article considers approaches to organizing social development of pre-school children in short-day group stay in preschool educational institutions. Initial principles of social space of relations construction in such groups are the provisions in socialization theory (I.S.Kon, L.P.Bueva, A.V.Mudrik, etc.), theories of stage-by-stage social development (D.I.Feldshtejn) and research by N.V.Ivanova, V.I.Slobodchikov, A.V.Petrovski that define social space of relations as a system of social and interpersonal relations of a preschool age child, the latter being the result of objective communication through subjective fostering and interaction with other people and arising in various social institutions and groups while being realized according to their functioning specifics.
