The problem of pelvic pain associated with adenomyosis

Today, among all others, as one of the most critical should be emphysized the problem of chronic pelvic pain. It remains far from a final solution. Despite the existence of a separate section in ICD-10 on the pain associated with gynecological diseases (class XIV, N94), despite the existence of chronic pelvic pain as a separate nosologic units, remains without due attention on the part of clinicians. The review is devoted to the problem of pelvic pain associated with adenomyosis.
