Considering the issue of the network model of the scientific cooperation of the pedagogical universities in the sphere of the development of the practices of the general education

The article deals with the methodological basic principles and regulatives of building the model of the scientific cooperation of the pedagogical universities in the sphere of the development of the practices of the general education. There is substantiated the approach to the comprehension of the scientific cooperation as the activity of the network community of the pedagogical universities with the attributes of the collective subject, which activity is based on the principles of the connectivism.
