Resolving the contradiction between training and competitive activity in children’s football

The long-term preparation of young football players in Ukraine and abroad is characterized. The competitive practice of young football players on the stages of long-term improvement is analyzed. It was found that the main purpose of Ukrainian coaches youth football team is the current result, but not the quality and effectiveness of training process aimed at personal development and training creative player. The necessity of changes in domestic system of long-term preparation, the practice of holding youth events, pedagogical approaches to the management of the sports activities of young players and assess the effectiveness of the children's coaches.
